“Harmony,” as an organization, is the result of representatives from government, business, the media and the community dreaming together to build a better, more hospitable city for our fellow citizens confined to wheelchairs. As a result, Vinnitsa now has a variety of transportation services for the physically disabled, ramps at public buildings, a Municipal Rehabilitation Center and more.
As you browse this site, you will find a variety of personal stories that speak to our successes in improving the life of our wheelchair bound citizens as well as the opportunity to get to know some of them personally.
Please pay special attention to the social enterprise section on the left side of the site. This enterprise has been created to support local artists with disabilities. All of the items have been created with love, warmth and joy. All are unique. There you will find warm shawls, traditional Ukrainian embroidery, hand-made postcards and a variety of other items. They would make excellent gifts for your friends and relatives. And, of course, if you need a special size or color, special orders can be requested.
